  • how do I edit my contact details ?

    To edit your contact details, the first step is to head up to our person icon in our top navigation and log into your account. Then if you select Your Details from your account drop down menu (top left of our navigation) you will be directed to your profile page. From here you will be able to edit your contact details. If you are still unable to edit your contact details, please email hello@babyvillage.com.au for further help.

  • What payments types do you accept?

  • Has my order been successful?

    All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your email junk or spam folder. Alternatively, Login to your account to check My Orders. For further assistance, Contact Us.
